Following the controversy which arose over who would sign the budget into law between President Buhari who is away on health grounds and VP and Acting President Osinbajo, Senior Special Assistant to President Buhari on National Assembly matters, Ita Enang, yesterday told Channels TV that President Buhari will be the one to sign the 2017 budget.
