So Minister for Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed was interviewed last night by CNN's Richard Quest who is currently in Nigeria. Quest told Lai Mohammed that there is currently a debate on which country has the best Jollof rice and asked Mohammed which country he thinks has the best jollof rice.
