In a country where poverty and hunger seem to be on the rise on a daily basis, there is need to recognize and appreciate the efforts of kindhearted people like Adepeju Olukokun (@iamkokun) who go the extra mile to meet the basic needs of the downtrodden masses to the best of God-given abilities.
When he started Kokun Foundation on his birthday three years ago, the goal was simple: Feed the Hungry. "The mission is to put food on the tables of our hungry neighbours and get more people out of poverty and problems," he says.

"Giving is not determined by how much you have but how much your heart truly desires to sacrifice. There are people who will starve to death today. There are people who have to eat mud pies daily. We don't truly understand how blessed we are to feed the poor and help people who are in need. Feeding the needy is part of serving one another."

Knowing that this is a charitable organization with a clear objective, you'd be touched and moved by their generosity towards the destitute homes and individuals. Once they are convinced of the genuineness of your situation, you can be rest assured that they would not hesitate to give you their widow's mite.
